From since I was young, I have always been skinny. Tall and skinny. I've been called all the names in the book, and always hated the way I looked.

After a rough break up back in October 2013, I didn't know quite how to handle things. It was a really tough period for me. I started to do bodyweight workouts in my garage, push ups, pull ups, squats etc. and even though I sucked at them at first, I quickly grew stronger.

The 90 Days to Gym Free Muscle course gives you the exact routines and progressions I used to pack on 35lbs of lean muscle in just 2 years, using only bodyweight exercises.

21lbs of that muscle was packed on within the first 3 months, which is why I've decided to outline my routines in a 90 day course.

This course is designed for anyone who's new to bodyweight exercise, or even to working out in general. If you're a skinny individual like myself, then this course is the only one you need to look at!

Included in this will be diagrams of my workout routines for every body part, in four separate stages: beginner, intermediate, advanced and expert.

I'll walk through all of the exercises and explain how you can continue to progress your strength and incorporate harder exercises into your routine.
